There is no question that the most important thing we have is our health. There are many things we can do to stay healthy and one of the most important things is exercise!  Personal Training, when done correctly by a qualified and experienced trainer, is fun, safe and effective. I like to think of exercise as medicine.  I make sure you have the proper dose-not too little and certainly not too much!  I will design a custom workout just for you based on your structure, function, ability, and goal. 

I work with adult clients of all ages and abilities and I will train you effectively and efficiently based on those abilities.  Since I have had an excellent education from a Nationally Accredited Personal Training Academy-Academy of Applied Personal Training Education-and am also an instructor at the academy, I am well versed in biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, program design, and proper technique and form.

I do not believe in the "one size fits all" method of training.  Each of us is unique and designing a program that is based on your medical history and function is the way I design programs for each of my clients.  My goal is always to work with you in a safe manner and get you to your physical goal.

I have worked with many clients with arthritis, breast cancer, knee and hip replacements, MS, Diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia and many other chronic diseases.  I have many years of experience and I know what to do and more importantly what not to do. I firmly believe that as we age, we must be kind to our joints as we build muscle mass in a way that won't wreak havoc with our structure.
